Yes — we work with qualifying hotels and concierge teams on a referral commission basis. The arrangement is straightforward and we're flexible on structure depending on your property's needs. Contact us directly to discuss the details and get set up as a formal partner.
Yes — hotel pickup is available at all three of our destinations. Guests simply let us know where they're staying when they book and we coordinate pickup directly from the property. This makes the referral seamless for your guests with no extra logistics on their end.
We recommend 1–2 weeks in advance for most tours, and 2–4 weeks for private or group bookings during peak summer season (June–August). Last-minute bookings are sometimes available — guests should call us directly to check availability. We do our best to accommodate walk-ins and same-day requests when we can.
To book, guests need: their preferred tour and date, number of guests, hotel or pickup location, contact name and phone number, and payment information. The whole process takes about 5 minutes by phone or through our website. We handle everything from there including confirmation, pickup coordination, and pre-tour communication.
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. Reschedules are handled directly with our team by phone or email. We're flexible and guest-friendly — if something comes up, encourage them to call us and we'll work with them. Weather cancellations initiated by us always receive a full refund or reschedule at no cost.
Yes — we specialize in group events of all sizes. Each Jeep seats up to 8 guests plus the guide, and we run multiple vehicles simultaneously for larger groups. We've successfully run corporate events with 100+ attendees across our three destinations. For large groups, we assign a dedicated event coordinator who works directly with your DMC team from planning through execution.
Absolutely. All of our group and corporate tours are built custom — we don't run off-the-shelf packages for groups. We work with your team to understand the objectives, timeline, group profile, and any special requirements. Routes, duration, stops, dining options, and logistics are all tailored to your specific program.
For qualified DMC partners, we offer formal invoicing with net payment terms. We can work with your existing procurement and billing processes. Deposit requirements and payment schedules for group bookings are discussed during the proposal stage. Contact us directly to discuss the arrangement that works best for your organization.
Yes — we operate independently in Park City, Bryce Canyon, and Jackson Hole. If your program involves multiple destinations, we can coordinate across locations. Each destination has its own dedicated guides and vehicles, so multi-destination programs are fully supported with a single point of contact on our end.
For groups under 20, 2–3 weeks lead time is usually sufficient. For larger corporate events or multi-vehicle programs (20+ guests), we recommend 4–6 weeks to allow time for custom itinerary planning, logistics coordination, and vehicle availability confirmation. For events over 50 guests, the earlier the better — some peak summer dates fill quickly.
Yes — all vehicles and operations are fully insured for commercial use including group and corporate tours. We can provide certificates of insurance upon request for your contracting and compliance teams. All guides are licensed and all vehicles are safety-certified and inspected before every tour.
Completely safe for families. The Jeeps have professional roll cages, seat belts at every position, and grab bars throughout the cabin. Guides are licensed, trained in first aid, and give a full safety briefing before departure. Kids tend to love it — it's one of our most popular family activities across all three destinations.
Tours range from 2 to 4 hours depending on which tour your guest selects. The 2-hour tour is great for guests with a limited window. The 3-hour and 4-hour options offer a deeper experience with more terrain, stops, and narration. All tours include hotel pickup so guests should add approximately 15–30 minutes for transport.
Layers, closed-toe shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a secure hat or cap. Water is provided. A camera or charged phone is a must — the scenery is exceptional. Tell guests to leave large bags at the hotel and avoid loose hats or scarves that can fly off in the open-air vehicle.
Absolutely worth it — we have 500+ five-star reviews across Google, Tripadvisor, and Viator. In Park City, guests see alpine meadows, historic mining trails, wildlife, and sweeping Wasatch views. In Bryce Canyon it's the hoodoos and red rock formations. In Jackson Hole it's the Tetons and wildlife. The narrated guide experience turns great scenery into something genuinely memorable.
Yes — all participants must sign a release of liability waiver before the tour. Guests can sign digitally in advance at westernjeeptours.com/waiver (powered by SmartWaiver) which saves time on tour day. Signing on-site is also an option. For guests under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign on their behalf.
