Our guides are the heart of Western Jeep Tours. They're part driver, part storyteller, part naturalist, and part host — and they make or break the experience for every guest who climbs in.
We run tours across Park City, Bryce Canyon, and Jackson Hole. The terrain is different at each location, the guests are different every day, and no two tours are exactly alike. If you thrive in that kind of environment, you'll love it here.
We don't hire from a script. We hire people with genuine knowledge of the landscape, a natural ability to connect with strangers, and the kind of character that makes guests feel safe, welcome, and genuinely thrilled to be on the trail.
You know the terrain. You understand the landscape, the weather, the wildlife. The mountains aren't a backdrop to you — they're home.
You genuinely enjoy meeting strangers and making them feel at ease. Whether it's a family of five or a corporate group of 40, you know how to read a room and keep the energy right.
