We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our guides, who prepare for every tour in advance. Please review the terms below before booking.
The following terms apply to all standard individual and private tour bookings:
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your scheduled tour departure time.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled tour departure time.
The following terms apply to corporate events, group bookings, and multi-vehicle tours:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled tour departure date.
If Western Jeep Tours cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions, hazardous trail conditions, or any other circumstance within our control, guests will receive:
We monitor conditions closely and will contact guests as early as possible in the event of a cancellation. We do not cancel tours lightly — light rain, overcast skies, and mild weather changes are part of the outdoor experience and do not typically result in cancellation.
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule your tour, please contact us as early as possible. Reschedule requests made more than 72 hours in advance will be accommodated subject to availability at no charge. Reschedule requests within 72 hours are treated as cancellations under the standard cancellation policy above.
Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled tour and have not contacted us in advance will be treated as a same-day cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Please have your booking confirmation number ready when you contact us. Cancellation requests are processed in the order they are received and are effective from the time we confirm receipt.
